Climbers of Color

VLGF is an ardent supporter/sponsor of Climbers of Color, providing scholarship funding to aid in this organization’s mission to increase access to climbing for Black, Indigenous and People of Color.

The scholarship fund is one of the ways that Climbers of Color promotes equity in outdoor spaces, providing need-based scholarships for courses and activities that may otherwise be out of reach. It is also this fund that subsidizes Mountain Workshops which allow youth groups to have meaningful outdoor experiences and build confidence outside.
